Join us for a cardio focused class to get your heart pumping. High and low impact options will be given so that you will be able to find the right choice to challenge your cardiovascular endurance. Core strengthening exercises are built in throughout class for active recovery.

You will need 2 cups (like solo cups or something similar) to use as cones during class.
